How do I receive my download?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access downloads from your order confirmation page.

What’s included in each bundle?
Each bundle includes 1 printable PDF (all stories in that bundle) plus MP3 audio files (one MP3 per story). The number of stories (and MP3s) can vary by collection.

Can I print the PDF?
Yes. The PDF is printable for personal use.

What devices can I use?
Any phone, tablet, or computer. You can also print the PDF.

Can I share the files with others?
No. Each purchase is licensed for one household only. Sharing, uploading, reselling, or distributing is prohibited. For classroom, program, daycare, library, or group use, contact us for a multi-user license.

Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, we generally can’t offer refunds after the download link has been accessed. If there’s a technical issue, contact us and we’ll help.

I didn’t get my download email—what should I do?
Check spam/junk. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend the link.
